As stated in the By-laws of the Company, the Attorneys General of Anguilla, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos shall be members of the Company and such other Attorneys General of Caribbean territories and St. Helena shall be admitted to membership as the directors shall determine from time to time.
In August 2012, The British Virgin Islands was inducted to the membership of the Centre.
The interest of a member in the Company is transferable to his successor in office as Attorney General of the territory in question or when he ceases to be a member by resignation or otherwise in accordance with the by-laws of the Company.

The Regional Law Revision Centre is located in Anguilla. The Centre is established as a separate legal entity as a company limited by guarantee. The directors of the Centre are the Attorneys General of the Overseas Territories of Anguilla, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Islands and The British Virgin Islands.
