This Centre is the result of Department of International Development (UK) engagement with the Attorneys General of Montserrat, Anguilla and Turks and Caicos Islands since 2003 to find a sustainable way to maintain the regular publication of accurate and accessible revised laws in each of the three Territories.
- To provide continuous, high quality and cost effective law revision services to Attorneys General of Overseas Territories and independent Caribbean states.
- To build capacity in Attorneys General Chambers to consolidate laws for rapid and effective access.
The Regional Law Revision Centre is located in Anguilla. The Centre is established as a separate legal entity as a company limited by guarantee. The directors of the Centre are the Attorneys General of the Overseas Territories of Anguilla, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Islands and The British Virgin Islands.
